COACH ASHLYN'S QUIZ

MEET Michelle
Michelle Cross is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach (CPT and CNC). She's completed additional training in metabolism, hormonal health, and mindset such as the Functional Nutrition and Metabolism specialization (FNMS) and the Health Mindset Coaching Certification (HMCC). Michelle has been coaching in-person and online for 3 years and has worked with people of all walks of life to see significant changes in their bodies, minds, and life.
Like many of you, Michelle started exercising because she was tired of having negative body image conversations with her friends. She realized that her health was actually in HER hands, and she could do something about it! At the time, she had no tools to do this... except for push-ups and sit-ups (which, admittedly, she did way too many of). Eventually, she learned that there's so much more to health and lifestyle transformations. Specifically, the mindset and nutrition components. Her own experience has led her to where she is today. Michelle fell in love with being able to simplify complex concepts into personalized programs for others and has a unique knack for teaching clients how to easily digest the science of nutrition, mindset, and exercise.
Michelle's coaching style: She tends to be very compassionate, but will gladly push you to “just do the thing” if that’s what you need. Ultimately, Michelle knows that this is YOUR journey. She's honored to partner with you and help educate you about all the things along the way. Michelle LOVES details and invites you to share everything with her. The more you share with her, the better she can help you! One of her favorite questions is “What do YOU want to do?” Giving people an opportunity to take back control of their own health and decisions is powerful. Michelle will also be there to offer specific recipe and meal ideas when you want them (she's got TONS to share!). Michelle will make sure that you know there are always different ways of doing things and that you have options! She's there to help you find the best way based on your goals, preferences, and life.
COACH MICHELLE'S QUIZ
MEET Christina
Christina is a part time coach with KJO, full time mom of 2, and first responder wife. is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC). She also has specific training in hormonal health, metabolism, and of course, mindset. She's completed the Functional Nutrition and Metabolism specialization (FNMS) and the Health Mindset Coaching Certification (HMCC).
As part of her own hormonal health journey, Christina fell in love with the results and feelings that came with weight lifting and focusing on her nutrition. After receiving her certifications, she officially started coaching in 2020 with the goal to reach other women just like her... women who lead extremely busy lives and need support to ensure their own health, happiness, and goals are still prioritized (and to do so without having to give up soccer game attendance and making time for friends and family).
Christina's coaching style: You can expect LOTS of open communication and honesty (and she hopes you give her the same!). Christina is also one to explain the "why" behind everything she suggests that you do. She truly believes that no client should just be told what to do...but they should be educated along the way and should play the largest role in every decision! She will help you set small goals that lead to conquering bigger ones, and simplify a process that may have once felt impossible to you. Christina offers plenty of encouragement and words of affirmation, but don't be fooled because she will also call you out when you need it!
Christina loves to work with women who feel like they are always on-the-go but want to be intentional about changing their health. She has a passion for helping women feel energized, confident, and strong AF both physically and mentally, Working together to set boundaries, and integrate new routines is a big part of coaching with Christina.

COACH CHRISTINA'S QUIZ

MEET Lauren
Lauren Behle is a full-time coach and holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Georgia Southern University. In addition to being certified in exercise nutrition through Precision Nutrition and CCP training, she's completed additional training in metabolism, hormonal health, the Health Mindset Coaching Certification (HMCC), Bioforce conditioning cert, pre & postnatal cert, hybrid training and (completing Functional Nutrition and Metabolism specialization FNMS ?).
Like so many women, Lauren admittedly hasn't always had the healthiest relationship with nutrition and fitness. After putting in the work to challenge years of beliefs about the need to be smaller and learning how nutrition can add to her life, she found that training brought her joy and drive for a bigger goal and allowed her to tap into her body's capabilities and potential. Realizing that she could feel empowered, healthy, and HERSELF- which everyone deserves. Now her mission is to help women see how strong (in all aspects of life) that they have truly been all along.
Lauren's coaching style: she is compassionate with a splash of “let’s do the damn thing”. But quite honestly, her coaching style comes down to what YOU need. Her goal is to make nutrition and fitness a little less complicated and find the options that work for your life, your preferences and your goals because ultimately, this partnership is about you. Lauren's programming is simple + intentional + fun! Her favorite programs are for the gals who want to get strong and are excited to feel athletic AF without spending an eternity in the gym.
