^ This is obviously completely optional and (as you’ll see during the first live training) I believe in using zero pressure sales processes. The last thing I would want is for you to get so nervous about "being sold" that you decide not to enroll in Mindset Coaching Kickstart. You’re going to learn so much (!!!), that even if you decide not to enroll in HMCC, you will still have the tools from these free trainings to get started on your own (hence, “kickstart”!).

The Health Mindset Coaching Certification is a 13-week program for coaches to fully develop their skills in mindset and behavior change. It’s VERY comprehensive… and is much more than what can be accomplished in three 1-hour trainings.

HOWEVER – Mindset Coaching Kickstart will give you a taste of what my teaching style is like and some of the information you would receive in HMCC. It’s also a perfect “first step” to ensure you get the most out of HMCC if you’re planning to enroll.
