AFTER COACHING HUNDREDS & HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE...
AND SPENDING YEARS RESEARCHING HEALTH BEHAVIOR CHANGE IN MY PHD...
I’ve found: the reason you're struggling to stay consistent is NOT a lack of knowledge (eat healthy, workout... we get it.)
“Screwed up again – I guess I’ll just try again next week.”
“I know I can have things like pizza and wine in moderation, but I still feel guilty eating it.”
“As soon as I’m in any kind of social situation, it’s like my goals totally leave my mind”
“I do fine during the week, but as soon as the weekend rolls around I can’t stick with it.”
What if I told you that feeling this way is totally normal?
In fact, your brain is wired this way.
BUT THIS ISN'T A DISADVANTAGE,
It’s an opportunity to learn and leverage.
In this case – knowledge really is power.
