You know those clients that do so well during the week… just to throw it all away on the weekends? Or the clients can’t seem to just have one bite of dessert? In this training you’ll get a grasp on the science of “dichotomous thinking” (research term for all-or-nothing) and some step-by-step strategies to help your clients think differently (and be more successful because of it).

REAL Mindset Coaching
Mindset is a science (in fact, that’s what my Ph.D. dissertation was on!), but in today's world, mindset gets paired with “manifestation” and other woo-woo concepts. Truth is, there are research-backed mindset coaching strategies that you should be using with your clients to beat self-sabotage for good. In this training you’ll learn Kasey’s G.R.O.W. framework for most effective coaching practices… which means: better client adherence, retention, and success.
This 3-part workshop will provide you with mindset and behavior change strategies along with practical applications and skills that you can use in your coaching practice right away. 🙌
