Habitat: 23 years spent in the tundra of Minnesota, but currently resides in the much-preferred climate of North Carolina.

Diet: Omnivore, except bacon (I know). Daily functioning is found to be most optimal with 6-8 servings of vegetables, 1-2 servings of dark chocolate, and too much caffeine.

Activity: Spends 4-5 days in the gym strength training. Enjoys being outdoors, hiking, and snowboarding. Does not run.

Kasey, Ph.D. in Physchology with a expertise in health behavior change

Kasey holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and is a certified health and fitness coach, her expertise is in mindset and health behavior change. She has transformed hundreds of lives (and minds) in her coaching career, while also being published in multiple peer-reviewed scientific journals for her research exploring the relationship between our mindset and our health and fitness behaviors.

Kasey places a strong emphasis on the importance of not just what we say to our clients, but how – and uses her unique background to efficiently and effectively communicate with clients to help them create sustainable lifestyle changes. She teaches other coaches how to do this too, via mentorship programs.
